How to Return or Exchange a Product?
IKEA has a 365-day return policy; however, if your return period is about to expire, they will consider their closing period. If you have a question about your return or want to extend your return period, please contact customer service.
Returns of small items
We’re sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order. Please return your order as soon as possible and we’ll process a refund for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns of large items
IKEA is currently not able to process returns for large items. If you have an item that is larger than what is currently available in their store, you can try returning it through their truck pickup service.

When you reach the Exchanges & Returns desk, go to the back and type in your IKEA code. The desk will give you a receipt for your purchase.
