Tepperman’s offers extended product protection on most of their products, including mattresses. Within seven days of purchase, products may be exchanged or returned to the store for a full refund. Nate Tepperman started his business by traveling door to door to sell and promote his company’s products and services to consumers in 1925. The first location, on Ottawa Street, was established in 1929 and remains in operation today. If you damage products, property, or premises as a result of a faulty gas or water hook-up and installation of any gas or electrical item regardless of the reason, Tepperman’s will not be responsible.
