1. Bear Mattress return period
If a customer is not happy with their purchase of a mattress from Bear Mattress, they are allowed to return the mattress after 30 days and before 365 days from the date of delivery. This is to ensure that the customer’s body gets used to the new mattress from the previous use of the old one.
2. Bear Mattress return process
To return a mattress to Bear Mattress, an individual must ensure the mattress is in good condition aside from the normal wear and tear, they have used the mattress for at least 30 nights from the date of purchase, and is within the 365 nights return period. The customer is then required to request return approval from Bear Mattress by writing an email to returns@bearmattress.com with the customer’s name stating the reason for the return and giving their order number for verification of the purchase or visit https://bearmattress.happyreturns.com/.
If Bear Mattress approves the return request, Bear Mattress will send an authorized individual to pick up the mattress. The customer needs to schedule removal and pickup with the authorized party who will deliver the mattress to Bear Mattress. ..
3. Bear Mattress refund process
After the customer removes the mattress from their home, Bear Mattress begins the refund process. The customer will be refunded the original purchase price and the money will be credited to their original form of payment that they initially used to pay for the mattress.
4. Reasons for returning a mattress to Bear Mattress
If you are not satisfied with your Bear Mattress purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund. There may be reasons why you are not happy with your purchase, such as if the mattress did not address the comfort needs you had in mind, if there is a defect on the mattress, if the order in which the mattress was delivered was incorrect, or if it was damaged during shipping. ..
5. Limitations to Bear Mattress return policy
The Bear Mattress return policy only applies to purchases made after January 01, 2022. If you have an order from before January 01, 2022, you can still return the product, but you will need to provide proof of purchase using the order number.
