The customer then uses the return shipping label to ship the package to Linenspa using UPS. The customer then prepares their mattress package for return by first ensuring the mattress is in a good state, packages the mattress, and then takes it to a UPS store location to deliver to Linenspa warehouse. The customer can also locate a charity organization in their area that accepts mattress donations and donate the mattress in the name of Linenspa. The organization then writes a charity receipt for the mattress donated. The customer then takes the picture of the mattress charity receipt and sends it to Linenspa for the refund process to commence.

The refund process begins once Linenspa has received the return package in their warehouse or received the mattress charity receipt. Linenspa processes the refund and credits the customer’s original method of payment for the mattress within 3-5 business days from the date of return delivery or receipt of the mattress charity receipt.

If a customer bought the mattress from www.linenspa.com, they will be required to return the said mattress to Linenspa’s warehouse address in the return shipping label sent to them by Linenspa after approval of their return request.
